The Jungheinrich EME electric pallet truck, with its compact design and the use of AC technology, makes horizontal transportation easier and faster.
Operator Area: The low-hinged handle combined with a low truck height ensures a high degree of safety and optimum fork-tip visibility.
Handle Head: The multi-function handle head with exemplary ergonomics provides optimum operating comfort and maximum safety. The operating buttons for lifting/lowering and the horn can be reached with minimum hand movement.
Drive: 0.3 kW 3-phase AC motor. The power transmission is effected via a twostage spur gear unit. Grease lubrication.
Battery: 2 x 12 V/48 Ah. Maintenance-free through Gel/Fleece technology. Battery discharge indicator and monitor fitted as standard.
Battery Charger: Micro processor-controlled charger with charge control light, compensating charge and maintenance charge function. Truck can be charged at any 120 Volt outlet.
Drive Control: Precise, sensitive acceleration and braking. Regenerative braking on release of the drive switch. Wearfree and energy-saving plug braking.
Wheels: Nylon wheel as standard, other materials available. Drive wheel: 9.1 inches dia., 2.6 inches wide. Load wheels: 3.2 inches dia., 3.7 inches wide. Tandem load wheels (optional): 3.2 inches dia., each 2.4 inches wide.
Steering: Easy handling through long, lowhinged safety handle, which can be swiveled by 180°. Low steering forces.
Brake: Electro-magnetic brake, acting directly on to the motor shaft. The crawlspeed button ensures safe maneuvering with the handle in the upright position in the most confined spaces. During this process, the brake is released automatically and travel speed is significantly reduced.

The Jungheinrich EJE 120 electric walkie pallet truck with its compact design is perfectly suitable for loading and unloading trailers and for horizontal transport over short and medium distances. Its very short head length (L2) of only 18.9 inches makes it the ideal companion on every trailer.

The 24 V 3-phase AC drive motor ensures powerful acceleration and maximum speed of 3.8 mph, even under full load. It works maintenance-free due to the lack of carbon brushes. Latest impulse control electronics (Speed Control) provides stepless speed control via the drive switch and features roll-back protection on ramps. Travel parameters (acceleration, speed and motor brake) are easily adjustable. Crawl speed can be activated via a separate handle switch for safe maneuvering in confined spaces with the handle in upright position.
